Nasir (b. March 2014) is a charming little boy with a fighting spirit who has dealt with many obstacles in his life. Nasir can form attachments with caregivers and tracks people who are familiar to him. Although he has limited mobility, he can lean forward on his own and enjoys hugs. Nasir likes spending time outside basking in the sun or watching children’s shows when indoors.
Nasir is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Chronic Lung disease, and is visually impaired. Nasir receives school-based services in the home and benefits from Regional Center services. Nasir receives all his nutrition via a G-tube. Nasir will continue to need auditory and tactile stimulation to help his development. If you believe you could provide Nasir the care he will need for his lifetime, please let us know – we hope that the day Nasir is living with his adoptive family is near!
