*On Hold* Taahaa (11) & Jameeiah (8)

Sometimes it just takes two … in this case, we’re looking for a home and family ready to take Taahaa and Jameeiah, two siblings in need of a forever family! Taahaa [b. Aug. 2013] likes coloring and is known for being helpful around the house -- picking up his room and helping with small chores or picking up his toys when he’s done playing. He also enjoys family “movie time” or watching the movie “Space Jam” on his tablet when he’s done with his homework. Taahaa does well in a structured environment combined with redirection. He is very energetic and has trouble at times keeping focused. He likes to play with his sister but can sometimes play too rough and has to be redirected. Taahaa has a healthy appetite, but also has a tendency to sometimes try to eat non-nutritional items. He enjoys going to school and has a special educational plan to assist him in his academic progress. Taahaa is also benefitting from therapeutic services. Jameeiah [b. Nov. 2015] is very sweet and has a friendly personality. She also likes to color and watch some of the same movies her brother likes such as “Space Jam”. Jameeiah enjoys playing outside and going to the park where she can play on the swings, slides, and other playground equipment. She also enjoys playing children’s electronic games on the tablet or phone. Jameeiah is going to school and seems to do well in a school setting.
