Ten months apart, brothers Omar and Cesar are twin-like brothers who have similar future goals in life: with no chance of family reunification, Omar hopes to become a GI and Cesar’s goal is to become a police officer. Here’s the intel on these two future public servicemen… Omar, the older brother, is a sweet and outgoing eight-year-old who loves to watch cartoons and play soccer and basketball. He is also artistic, loving to draw and paint. Omar continues to do well with the support of tutors and his support team. Cesar may be observed to be the quieter brother at seven years old. Cesar loves to play outside, swim, and always has a smile to share. He loves to play and eat at Chuck E. Cheese and building things with Legos, his favorite activity! He also loves to help others, which is why he hopes to become a police officer. These brothers have their typical squabbles, but easily get back to playing together and having fun. These brothers will need an experienced family as they have been through so much in their short lives. The ideal family for these boys will be patient, provide guidance, structure and unconditional love. Although these boys have the capacity to love and smile, they will need a family who let's them work through their intense grief as well. They will likely need therapeutic services for some time but the payoff is in the picture, their smiles! Omar and Cesar look to the day in helping their community, but will need a permanent family to serve as parents and role models to help them reach their goals and dreams, because every heart blooms with love!
