Khash (b. March 2020) is an adorable little boy with a stunning smile! Khash is dealing with multiple medical issues and is non-verbal and has limited mobility. Nonetheless, Khash loves being held, and also enjoys being propped-up so that he can watch and listen to colorful toys or cartoons. He really brightens up when someone speaks to him directly. Khash requires the use of a wheelchair to get around. Despite limited communication and mobility skills, Khash will attempt to turn his head towards sound and can babble. Khash requires the use of a G-tube for all of his nutrition needs. Khash is benefitting from Occupational and Physical therapies through the Regional Center. What Khash is in need of is a forever home in which his continued developmental progress is encouraged. If adopting a kid like Khash is a calling for you, please let us know. We want Khash to experience the caring compassion of family. Photo Credit: Peter Christiansen Valli
