This guy LOVES music and will gleam and clap when he hears his favorite tune. Another love that Ian has is going out on outings in the community. He has the best-behaved manner on such excursions. Ian is diagnosed with Severe Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Severe Developmental Delays and Mild-Moderate hearing loss, and he is blind in both eyes. He is currently receiving Regional Center Services. He eats pureed foods and has a liquid diet. Ian is learning sign language for communication. He attends school and is making great progress.
