Joseph was born in 1997 and has a sweet and gentle disposition. He enjoys being held, and he loves listening to music and watching cartoons. Joseph’s speech and language skills are limited; however, his smile expresses a cheerful mood and can melt any heart! Joseph is diagnosed with cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, blindness, and mental retardation. He is learning how to walk with braces on his legs, but he primarily uses a wheelchair for mobility. Joseph is a Regional Center client and receives physical and occupational therapy. What Joseph needs more than anything else is a forever family to call his very own.
