Alvina (born Feb 2008) is looking for an adoptive family who is comforting, supportive, and provides unconditional love. She says that she is good with younger children and would love to be part of a family where she is an older sister.
Alvina’s heritage is Mexican and Guatemalan, however she grew up more connected to her Guatemalan roots. She states that her ideal family would be a Latinx household and she would like it if some member(s) of the family spoke both English and Spanish as this is important part of her identity.
When picturing her future, Alvina envisions many road trips with her future family. She believes that time in the car is a great opportunity to spend “quality time” together.
