Noel (b. February 2023) is an adorable little boy in need of an adoptive home to provide him tender loving care. Noel was born quite premature and has several related medical challenges and he requires medical equipment to assist him in sustaining life and growing. Noel is dependent on a G-tube for nutrition and medicinal needs. He communicates by babbling and making sounds. Noel can lift his legs and move his arms around and is learning how to hold objects. Noel will look towards the direction of familiar voices as well as musical tunes. While medical specialists and therapeutic services play a role in Noel’s life, we know that the TLC of familiar forever family members could make a difference, too!
